Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent) and have a minimum of seven years of successful project management experience. This role involves managing consulting, design, or construction management services for complex and high-value projects, often involving multiple subcontracts and integrated delivery methodologies. You will be responsible for client relationship management, ensuring a positive experience that fosters future collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects.
- Oversee projects with greater scope, valuation, and complexity.
- Manage larger teams, including subcontractors.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster positive client relationships.
- Handle various aspects of an integrated ONE solution delivery methodology.
- Conduct takeoff, estimation, and project coordination.
- Manage procurement, bidding, and preconstruction activities.
- Supervise construction activities and subcontractor management.
- Perform change order management, cost analysis, budgeting, and pricing.
- Oversee site development and quoting processes.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of successful project management experience.
- Experience with major construction management firms.
- Proficiency in project management, construction management, and preconstruction.
- Strong skills in procurement, bidding, and commercial construction.
- Experience in life science construction and subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of change order, cost analysis, budgeting, and project coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage large teams including subcontractors.
- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager.
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines and project execution.
- Minimum of 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/hr.
