Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate educator who excels in creating engaging and interactive lessons for students with ASD. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and skilled at one-on-one communication.

Key Responsibilities:Plan and Conduct Lessons: Develop creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment.

Student Progress Evaluation: Assess students' academic progress and adapt lessons to support their needs.

Parent Communication: Foster open lines of communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.

Behavior Support: Manage and address student behavior, utilizing effective strategies.

Intervention Recommendations: Identify student needs and recommend interventions to support their learning.

Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other educators and specialists in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:Licensed Educator in the State of Ohio

Experience or a strong understanding of teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to students' evolving needs

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
