Childcare Assistant Teacher

The Learning Grove Academy , in Westfield , IN , is looking for assistant teachers to join our ROCKSTAR team and support our INFANTS .

What a day looks like working with our children...

• Prepare and implement lesson plans/curriculum covering all areas of child development according to classroom schedule/daily routine.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs.
• Maintain a child assessment and portfolio for each child, as well as conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences during the month of November and May.
• Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Experience as a teacher is a plus !
